This type of reactor has the characteristic of keeping the inductance value constant even at a high DCcurrent value and requires a smaller weight and size than conventional products.A typical application is electrical traction.
This product is mainly used in DC current with low ripple value (typical 10% at 300 hz) and it is advisable to use flat and round wire or flat wire conductor and not foil.Beware of the high magnetic fluxoutside that must be considered.
